And it's finished. Gotta act fast if I want to get all of the Radiant CGs done in time for the 2019 one.

This started out as a traditional sketch that was scanned in at over twice it's resolution and upscaled. Then it was lined, colored and rendered by hand with the brush and pathway tools. And touched up with the erase and smudge tools. Texturing was done by hand with the brush tool.
